NRAS BRAF in Plasma

The fully automated IdyllaTM ctNRAS-BRAF Mutation Test is minimally invasive, fast and easy to perform and can be used as complement to tissue testing to determine the RAS/BRAF mutation status at diagnosis. IdyllaTM ctNRAS-BRAF covers 18 mutations in NRAS exons 2,3 and 4 as well as 5 mutations in BRAF codon 600 and showed an high concordance of 100% for NRAS as well as 99.5% for BRAF compared to NGS using plasma samples from 198 mCRC patients enrolled in the prospective multicenter RASANC study.1

One of the biggest challenges in oncology biomarker testing is the ability to obtain samples of sufficient size and quality. With the IdyllaTM system only a minimal amount of sample is needed
